Strong Growth Brings Another Quality Hire to Signature Analytics

Signature Analytics, an outsourced accounting company headquartered in San Diego, California, has continued to grow in late 2013 and early 2014 with new clients and outsourced accounting projects including audit support, audit preparation, assistance writing financial statements with disclosures, and acquisition integration facilitation. Additionally, they had numerous small and mid-sized businesses requesting ongoing monthly maintenance and bookkeeping service. To support the continued growth, Signature Analytics hired Samantha Kenter, CPA as an accounting manager in December 2013.

Jason Kruger, president of Signature Analytics, noted, “with our strong growth we identified a need for an accounting manager level employee but wanted to ensure that we maintained the highest level of quality for our clients. Samantha’s public accounting experience working in a number of different industries and transactions, we knew she would be a perfect fit.”

Samantha joins the Signature Analytics team after spending three years with Grant Thornton LLP. While at Grant Thornton, she worked on the largest engagements served by the San Diego Office including a defense contractor, restaurant chain, and electronics manufacturer. Additionally, Samantha worked with a number of start-up to mid-size companies providing audit and review services.

Samantha commented, “I am excited to work with a growing outsourced accounting company that focuses on quality in everything they do. While at Grant Thornton I was able to engage with a number of early to mid-stage companies and am thrilled to now be able to provide similarly sized companies assistance in maintaining the financial information and providing advice as they grow.”

Samantha graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree from the University of San Diego.
