Nationwide nonprofit

This national nonprofit has a large presence here in Southern California. Our team has worked with the headquarters in LA and is now working with additional regional branches helping to create impact through excellent financial management.

The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors recommended that the nonprofit hire Signature Analytics due to deficiencies identified in their audit. They had experienced turnover in the Accounting department and a lack of leadership in the form of an open Sr. Director of Finance position contributed to the backlog of accounting reconciliations and process inefficiencies. Additionally, their technology landscape was complex and filled with disparate systems that did not speak to one another. All of these factors caused account reconciliation issues, Accounts Payable processing issues, and inaccurate financial reporting.
