Signature Analytics Announced as Winner for Advisor of the Year Awards
SAN DIEGO (November 6, 2017) — Signature Analytics is pleased to announce it was selected as a winner for Advisor of the Year 2017. This award acknowledges local middle market mergers and acquisitions professionals who have significantly contributed to the successful sale, expansion or recapitalization of their clients’ companies. This distinction was announced during the annual awards program and ceremony, hosted by title sponsor BNY Mellon Wealth Management and held at the world-renowned La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology on October 26.

Judges assessed winners on their professional contribution in the sale, expansion or recapitalization of their clients’ companies. Judging was ed by John Major, founder and president of MTSG and Broadcom chairman, and Histogen founder and CEO Gail Naughton, both of whom also serve on the board of La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology. Judges also included representatives of UCSD’s Rady School of Management, CSU San Marcos’ School of Business, and the La Jolla Institute, as well as several entrepreneurs who have successfully navigated the M&A process.

Awards categories included: sell-side representation by an investment banker; sell-side legal representation in a sale to a public and / or private company; sell-side preparation by a CPA; financial and tax strategy; expansion capital advisory by an investment banker and / or attorney; deal facilitator; long-term strategic exit planning; pre-transaction estate planning; buy-side legal representation; buy-side investment banking; special situations advisory; and contribution related to valuation services.
